I love this stuff! I have a muscle spasm disorder, dystonia. It is quite painful. This gel has stopped every break through spasm in its tracks! For me this is a life saver! I have a 2 year old that I need to keep up with and a spasm stops me in my tracks then keeps me sore for a very long time, slowing me down.
