Once we have shipped a package, we are NOT responsible for items lost by the USPS. Please contact your Local Post Office to file a claim for a missing package. All shipments include a tracking number.

We do our best to ship paid invoices same or next day but this does depend on the volume of the sale so please allow us 3 business days to ship your paid order. If you do not receive email tracking for your package, please email us at customerservice@thefeatherandvine.com and we will email it to you directly.

Please do not post tracking questions on the group wall or PM us as we cannot respond to every PM, we just get too many <3

Returns and Exchanges

Please make sure that you are within the parameters of our return policy. If not we will be unable to process your return.

You have 14 days to return your item(s). From the time your item arrives at your door, to the time your item is scanned at the post office for return must be within the 14 day window.

To initiate a return, email Customer Service to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER as well as the Return Authorization form. This number MUST be written on your return form. If this unique number is not written on your return slip, your return will be rejected.

Returned items must be unworn, free of odor and have the tags (if applicable) still attached. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to us unless the item is defective. BOTTOM LINE: All items must be resellable. Feather&Vine warehouse crew will determine an items’ eligibility for return.

The form includes the address needed for returns. Please make sure to keep tracking for your own records.

***Custom Graphic Tees, Giveaway, Sales, any Coupons Codes, Daily Deals, Stealy Deals, Clearance, Doorbusters, Wholesome Hippie, any seasonal items, LOUNGEFLY, any snack or edible items, PERSONAL CARE ITEMS and Mystery items are all FINAL SALE. If an item is returned to us that is deemed unsellable or final sale, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. If the customer does not wish to have the item shipped back, we will donate to a local organization.

If you received any prizes, credits, or awards associated with your return, those will be subtracted from your credited amount.

We CANNOT process exchanges. Once your return is processed, you will ONLY get account credit. We do not process refunds. Account credit will be issued when the garment has been inspected by the Feather & Vine crew.

What happens once you have mailed back your return?

Make sure you keep your tracking number. We will be unable to track your package for you.

Once it arrives at our warehouse, please allow us 5-10 days to process the return. We have hundreds of packages going in and out everyday, but within 5-10 days we get through them all! We process returns one day a week. Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email that you have received a credit (make sure to check spam).
