We’ve been using this for over a year now and it’s made such a difference in our sleep. Only a couple of nights without it and those nights we were not as rested. I lead a “burn a candle at both ends lifestyle” (I know…) and it’s been a God send to decrease restless nights and increase RIM sleep.

Have a serious injury to my left tibia and am prone to restless leg syndrome! These two issues have cost me countless sleepless nights!
This cream has worked wonders...I generously apply it to the bottom of both feet 1/2 an hour before bed...no restless leg, no numbness, no tingling...just deep, sound sleep!!

Truthfully, I love this cream. I have been using it primarily on my calves. I'm having such an issue with my feet lately and read that it could actually be the muscles in my legs. Since starting to use this cream I can tell a difference. I skipped using it one day, on purpose, and I could tell the difference. The magnesium really helps and it's great on my skin, too. I love it. Thank you

Works like a dream
The smell is great, it helps me drift right off. Hubs even used it the other night because he kept having leg cramps. We slept like babies!
