I have always carried my stress in my neck and shoulders and by the end of the day I feel achy and stiff. This cream has been a life saver for me. As soon as I open the jar and breathe in the calming scent it starts working on my brain. Shortly after applying the cream I can feel it melting the tension and pain. I do this every evening and my sleeping pattern is also better. I also have lower back disc pain from compression sports related injuries and arthritis in my SI joints. The cream doesn’t relieve all the pain but sure calms it down. I’ve really cut back on the Ibuprofen. I bought 2 more jars and have given them to my son and Mom. Now I need to buy more for me!
Just figuring out I have RLS and this cream, in conjunction with some great acupuncture, has completely cured (!) it. RLS for like 30 years- gone! Thanks to magnesium cream💕
